1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Would They Call ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Would They Call is an AI-powered resume review platform. You upload a resume (PDF or DOCX) and specify a target role, and our service generates a team of AI hiring professionals who independently evaluate your resume. These evaluations are AI-generated assessments and should be used as directional feedback to improve your resume, not as a guarantee of hiring outcomes.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Payments & Billing

• Reviews are billed per use. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
• The free tier includes 1 review per month with 3 of 8 reviewers and no credit card required. Pro is $9.99/mo for unlimited reviews. Single reviews are $1.99 each via Stripe Checkout.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe a charge was made in error.

5. Resume Data & Personal Information

Resumes may contain personally identifiable information (PII) including names, contact details, employment history, and education records. By uploading a resume, you acknowledge that:

• You have the right to submit the resume for review (it is your own resume, or you have the individual's explicit consent)
• Resume content will be processed by third-party AI providers to generate evaluations
• We handle all resume data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• You can delete your resume data and review history at any time

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Upload resumes belonging to others without their explicit consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or prompts
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond our provided API, or exceed documented rate limits
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs without our written permission
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of third parties
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the resumes you submit to Would They Call. By submitting a resume, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of delivering the Service.

Service Output

Review reports, reviewer feedback, and other outputs generated by the Service are yours to use for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not represent AI-generated reviews as genuine human feedback from real hiring professionals.

Our Platform

The Would They Call platform, including its design, code, AI configurations, and documentation, is our proprietary property protected by intellectual property laws.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Would They Call generates resume evaluations using artificial intelligence. These outputs are AI-generated assessments, not real human feedback from actual hiring managers. While we strive for useful and realistic outputs:

• AI-generated reviewers may contain biases, inaccuracies, or hallucinations
• Outputs should not be the sole basis for career decisions
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any evaluation
• We do not guarantee that following review suggestions will result in interviews or job offers
• You are responsible for how you interpret and act on the results

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Would They Call and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Would They Call from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export or delete your data before termination takes effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
